The problem with most young actors is they don’t know what they don’t know. For example, do you understand:

  • DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE 1ST AND 2ND TEAM ARE?
  • CAN YOU IMPROVISE ON A REAL SET?
  • CAN YOU REPEAT IMPROVIZATION IN VARYING CAMERA ANGLES?
  • CAN YOU HANDLE ACTORS TRAINED IN TOTALLY DIFFERENT ACTING APPROACHES?
  • CAN YOU ACT NATURAL IN VARYING CAMERA COVERAGE?
  • CAN YOU REPEAT PERFORMANCES FROM VARYING CAMERA SETUPS FOR THE EDITOR?
  • CAN YOU FIND YOUR LIGHT IN A SCENE?
  • CAN YOU KEEP ACTORS FROM UPSTAGING YOU?
  • CAN YOU DEAL WITH THE POLITICS OF A MOVIE SET?

    These are just some of the things you will learn in our class, while
    gathering experience from real pros, and building a reel.
